Bridgette and Raven now in their prime
Bridgette and Raven are grown now. Bridgette is 7 y/o; and, Raven is 3 y/o. Their antics continue as cats tend to have them frequently. Bridgette is bigger than many cats at 14 lbs.and some dogs that I previously had and better behaved and trained than the dogs were and than Raven. She is trained to alert me if a snake is in the yard, by coming in from the lanai and making a unique mini bark sound. she knows when there is a preditor and to use care. She opens doors by the door knobs. She sits up for her treats. Raven on the other hand charges right into trouble. What a handful she is even at 3. But if she wants something she will pester you until she gets it, by meowing, purring and rubbing your face with hers incessantly. Luckily, both girls come when called and separately by their individual names. Bridgette has better sight and vision, but Raven is extremely fast. Long and skinny at only 9 lbs., but as long as the larger Bridgette, who it a tall kitty, Raven could never jump a high as Bridgette. Raven still can go anywhere by stretching to a spot and climbing up and/or sprinting into jump. She loves to tight rope walk and walks on the rails of my walker and the like, which Bridgette is just not built to do.
