Bridgette

Bridgette was found on a bridge in rush hour traffic. She almost didn't make it, but I stopped and rescued her. I had been planning to get a shelter cat but fate entered in. At 1st I thought "what a homely kitty, I would never have picked you". Most all my previous pets had been black, 4 dogs, 1 cat and a rabbit.

She was only 6 weeks old and missed her mother. What phenomenal pet she is. She is so obedient and loving. Also, I am amazed at her abilities. She can broad jump and high jump 9 feet with enough incentive, climbing palm trees up 12 to 15 ft high and coming back down. My vet and I agree that her strongest gene is Abyssinian. She can pass for a pure breed diluted tortie Aby with all the characteristic flaws of the breed, too.

She has never scratched or damaged any property, although she tends to eat some of my plants unless I keep her with plenty of cat grass to nibble on.
